Refund and Cancellation Policy

KSBS believes in saving our customers from the usual hassle of lengthy return/cancellation and refund processes and has a simple and liberal policy.

 

How do I cancel my order?
Received your item but realize that the size doesn’t fit, or changed your mind about the color? Don’t worry we got you covered! You can exchange or return the item please does so within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations before the order has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, please get in touch with us through e-mail at info@ksbsgroup.com or by calling
at +65 69781699 within 2 days of receiving the package. Please return the package in the same condition that you’d received it in, to the address mentioned under Contact us and we shall refund you the entire amount.

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received in, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. For example, if you have paid through your credit card, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card. Please allow a maximum of 10 working days for the bank transfer process to go through.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Productis damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer the issue with the concerned manufacturer.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and

How to Return – Exchange or Refund
We will accept all returns as long as you fill in the online returns form within 10 days after receiving your order, and we receive your returns within two months of purchase.

Ensure that your item fulfills the conditions

  • Within 30 days of receipt
  • Invoice Available
  • Original condition & tag intact
  • Original packaging

Please note that exchange is not available for Sold by Seller items. Tax invoices are needed when returning your Sold by Seller item(s) only. Please return your item(s) within 2 day of submitting your online exchange request. Beyond that, we will have to cancel your order so others may have the chance to buy the item(s).

Incorrect or Defective Item
We are very sorry and we would like to make it up to you! Please drop us an email here with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item)
  • The serial number found on the product tag or product packaging
  • Pictures or videos, whichever applicable
